Our condo is located in the 5 star resort of Windsor Palms, one of the nicest resorts in Kissimmee. The moment you walk into the condo you’ll notice the 12 foot ceilings, arched doorways, and white tile floors that give it an airy and spacious feel.
This is a 1400 square foot luxurious three bedroom, two bath condo with all the amenities to make you feel right at home. It is professionally decorated with two huge master suites and a large kid’s room with two single beds. You will love sitting out on the naai where you can view the swimming pool, clubhouse, and tennis courts.
Imagine shuttling back to your condo after spending the day at Disney World (only three miles away) and taking a dip in the Olympic-size swimming pool while the kids play ping pong or billiards in the breathtakingly beautiful Windsor Palms clubhouse. Or enjoy a game of sand volleyball or tennis and then take in a movie in the on-site 58 seat cinema. It is beautiful, quiet, and best of all, relaxing. One you have stayed in Windsor Palms, you will never want to stay in a mere hotel again. Many of our guest return again and again.
We offer easy access to shopping, restaurants, and I-4, which will take you to downtown Orlando or the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Disney World is only three miles away and Sea World, Universal Studios, and the Orange County Convention Center are a short 15 minute drive.
Rental Rates: $89/ night or $599/week. Rates are negotiable, so please call for more information. Monthly rates also available. Tax 12.5%, cleaning fee $60, pet fee $50.
Driving Directions: Exit the airport–following the South Exit Signs (Signs will say Disney 192 Kissimmee & 417). Follow the road to 417. Turn right onto the ramp to go south on 417 Toll Road. Stay on 417 until you get to the Celbration Exit. Exit and turn right. Go to the red light to 192. Turn left on 192. Follow approximately 6 miles. You will go over I-4 and go past the Disney Main Gate Exit, and past the Disney Wide World of Sports. Continue on 192 until you get to Formosa Gardens Road (Walgreen will be on the right). Turn left on Formosa Gardens Road. Continue through the four-way and follow until you see Windsor Palms on the right (about 1 1/2 miles on Formosa Gardens Rd. You will see the development sign and guard shack. Let the folks know at the guard shack that you are a guest. Turn right on the first street and take the immediate left (it looks like you are pulling into the parking lot of the club house, but it’s really a street). Follow it until you see the first big condo on your left. That’s our building, number #2307. Go up one flight of stairs to the 2nd floor, door is on the left #205.
