Look at the waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Absolutely amazing.  We had no idea that beaches like this existed in our country until we first saw the Gulf in Seagrove in the summer of 2001.

The Beacons condo is the best kept secret along Scenic Highway 30-A.  The 2 building, 10 unit complex is nestled between multi-million dollar private homes. We have our own private beach access. We’re on the beach side of 30-A so there are no roads to cross. In fact, you can walk from the patio or our ground floor condo the the beach in about 70 steps.

The location of our condo is perfect.  Not only are we on the beach side of the road, but the 16-mile paved walking path is just outside our door.  Hop on your bike and you’ll be in the beautiful village of Seaside in about 5 minutes (we’re one mile from Seaside). Or take a 2-mile walk to Grayton Beach, rent a canoe for the afternoon and explore the rare coastal dune lakes which are native to this part of Florida.

Our condo has a fully equipped kitchen and sleeps 6 with a spacious master bedroom, large hall bunks that kids espcially love, and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room.

We have many repeat guests who stay in our condo year after year and new guests love our guest book where previous visitors leave tips and suggestions as to places to eat, shop, or play in the area.

Rental Rates: Spring $115/night or $625/week. Summer $139/night or $790/week. Fall $99/night or $519/week. Winter $69/night or $950/month.  Tax 11.5%, cleaning fee $60, pet fee $50.

Driving Directions: Exit from I-10 at Defuniak Springs and go south approximately 25 miles on US-331 until it ends at the stop sign in Santa Rosa Beach.  Turn left (east) onto US-98 and go 2.5 miles to the second road south, County Rd 395.  Turn right and go 2.3 miles to the dead end at the 3-way stop sign in Seagrove Beach.  Turn left (east) on CR 30-A about one-half mile to Beacons on your right.  Address: 3342 E. Rental Instructions: Your requested dates can be reserved once we receive your reservation deposit.  This is typically half of the total amount due.  If cancellation is less than 30 days prior to check-in, money paid will be forfeited unless we can re-rent the donco with no lost time or revenue.  If a named storm threatens the area, money paind will be refunded. If a storm does approach and an evacuation order has NOT been given but guests elect to stay, owner reserves the right to make storm preparations (i.e. board windows/ doors, etc.) as necessary.  Our condo can accommodate 6 guests, with a queen bed, hall bunks and a queen sofa sleeper. Condo is fully furnished with towels, sheets, pillows, blankets, etc. and stove, refriderator, microwave, blender, coffee maker, pots and pans, utensils, cable TV, VCR/DVD player. Please do not smoke in the condo.  You may smoke on the patio but please dispose of cigarett butts.  Do not through butts on the lawn.  Washer and dryer are available in closet under the stairwell and are shared with unit #9.  Condo phone number is (850) 231-3750.  Check in time is 3pm local time and check out time is 10am locatl time.
