Our condo is a large one bedroom (900 square feet), ground-level unit. We are also pet friendly and handicap-accessible. Our condo is professionally decorated by Orlando’s own Cindy Clifton. You’ll feel like you’ve come to a tropical paradise. Open up all the windows and screen doors for deliciously airy feel…with white tile floors, tropical plants, wooden plantation blinds, atrium doors leading to a breezy Florida room and soft leather furniture. You might never want to leave (we don’t, anyway).
You’ll enjoy amenities galore at the tucked-away Sea Woods Resort. Swimming pools, tennis courts, shuffleboard, fitness center, rec room and racquetball. The Sea Woods Resort has over 50 acres of naturally landscaped rolling dunes and hammocks nestled in a naturally perserved area with nature trails winding through the property.
Rental Rates: April to Dec. $79/night, $499/week, Jan.-Feb. $1490/month. Tax 12.5%, cleaning fee $55, pet fee $50.
Driving Directions Take the New Smyrna Beach exit from Interstate 95 and head east. After crossing over the intercoastal waterway bridge, the road will curve to the right and you’ll be heading south on A1A (Atlantic Blvd). After passing the Food Lion shopping center on your right, start watching for the Sea Woods entrance (big sign, can’t miss it) on your right. Turn right into Sea Woods, take the first left on Sea Mist Drive and take the next left into our parking lot. After turning left into the parking lot, if you frove straight ahead, you’d run right into #108. Parking space is #49. Address: 4403 Sea Mist Dr #108
